Pole System Glass Frail

These aluminium external glass frails are designed to transport glass units or shop fronts on the side of any commercial vehicle. The racks can be fitted to either one or both sides of the vehicle. As standard, the system is supplied with spring loaded poles, safety marker boards and a half width roof rack. All Top Fleet racks have fantastic load capacity and are stamped with a SWL. You can be sure our glass racks are always up to the job! This type of rack is perfect for a shop front fitter or window replacement company. The system firmly grips the glass to the high quality aluminium and rubber rack with aluminium spring-loaded poles with rubber grip blocks. The blocks on the pole can be positioned to clamp glass securely against the rack. This will ensure that the glass will reach its destination in perfect condition.

This unique component was developed by Top Fleet in 2010 and is now fitted as standard to all our racks. The rack protector system means that a small bump needn’t mean expensive repairs to your rack, and that your trousers will be saved in the event of a leg-rack collision. We are able to offer a glass frail that can adapt to whatever size glass you need to transport. In compact mode the system will carry glass up to 3200mm x 2600mm and when extended it can transport glass up to 3200mm x 3300mm with a SWL of 350 kgs.
