As standard, a roof rack is installed with an external frail, but we can also offer a standalone heavy duty or fascia roof rack if required.
Roller & Catwalk
The addition of a roller on the roof rack allows quicker access to your ladders.
Our roof walk ways or ‘catwalks’ allow more manoeuvrability on the roof rack which prevents dents and damage caused by walking on the actual van.
Roof Storage Tubes
Add a 5mtr x 100mm trim tube to your roof system to allow safe, easy access and storage of trim, fascia and soffits. These tubes are lockable and are constructed from aluminium, offering great weight savings over soil pipes.
Rear Door Ladder
Easy access to your roof rack. When using a ladder or walking on the roof, please be sure to abide by the working at height regulations set out by the HSE.

Integrated Solution
Van Guard roof bars integrate seamlessly with the Top Fleet glass frail greatly increasing the efficiency of the smaller vans like the Ford Connect and VW Caddy.
Fascia Roof Rack
Designed especially for transporting fascias, soffits and barge boards, the rack is constructed from heavy duty aluminium, with mesh above the cab, catwalk and ladder roller.
Van Guard Roof Bars
We use Van Guard roof bars as standard on car derived vans. They’re also available for the larger vans as an option.
Van Guard roof bars are designed to utilise the vehicle manufacturers’ mounting points, so no drilling of the roof is required to fit this product. Cantilever Ladder Access
Our cantilever ladder access system enables your ladders to be loaded and unloaded safely. Consisting of a fixed outer and sliding inner galvanised mild steel carrier, the sliding carrier is unlocked by a special key, which also acts as a pull handle.
Once the key is engaged and activated, this releases the double locking mechanism and allows the carrier to slide out of the fixed frame, pivot and present itself in an upright position at the rear of the vehicle.
Throughout this operation the operator has full control at all times, standing safely behind the vehicle away from other traffic and avoiding pedestrians in the walkway.
Aero Rack - Our Most Popular Choice
Lightweight low profile aluminium roof system designed for transporting ladders and light materials. This rack is constructed from an aluminium frame system with an upright at each corner and is raised from the roof to allow ladders to be secured.
