Van Rental firm is hit by 'dramatic' fire.
Warehouse is destroyed in major blaze
A major fire gutted a Wolverhampton van rental business which has been operating for more than 25yrs.
Firefighters spent more than four hours dealing with the blaze at Top Fleet, on the boarder of Bilston and Coseley. The warehouse was destroyed in the fire, which started at 5:30am yesterday. Motorists watched the drama unfold on a crossroads off Birmingham New Road.
The fire was out by 7:30am, but firefighters spent several hours damping the building down.
Steve Moreton, managing director of Top Fleet, today said he was looking for temporary premises so the business could carry on operating.
He said the companies nine staff were"devastated" by the blaze but were determined to stay open.
