Internal Glass Racks & StorageWe offer Internal Racks designed to transport glass units or frames inside any commercial vehicle. The racks can be fitted to either or both sides of the vehicle with the option of storage shelves to accommodate tools and materials.
Our internal poles are fitted with rubber blocks that slide to where they are needed, and are secured at the top with a buckle strap. The result is a neat and safe solution.
We use the same aluminium and rubber profile on our internal racks as our external racks.
This ensures great grip of glazing units and frames alike.
All internal racks designed for glass transport are installed alongside an 18mm plywood floor section. This provides a location point for the internal poles.
Types Of Internal Rack...Single O/S Internal Glass Rack:- The standard equipment for any glazing van is a full length O/S internal rack fitted with internal poles and red buckle straps, with the option of rear shelving.
Half N/S Internal Glass Rack:- In addition, many glaziers request a half length rack fitted to the N/S. This rack spans between the rear door and the side loading door, therefore still allowing use of the side loading door. There is also the option of small shelving behind the rack.
Full Glazing Van Conversion:- For companies who transport a large amount of glass inside the vehicle we can offer Dual full length internal racks. This means you cannot enter the van from the side door, but allows the user to safely transport more glass.
Our Internal glass racks have the option of shelving fitted behind them for tools, fixings and other material.
